There's no accountability for the operators when you call them about issues they give you bad advice and I noticed when I ask them to send me email. They didn't put the details in near of what they were saying on the phone. So yeah, you wanna have them send you an email with the details of what they are recommending to do because. They give you bad advice over the phone and humane. In general every five minutes as you have to do Grievances file paperwork, because they don't want to pay on stuff.
